Therapeutic bodywork with intention
Hi! I’m Jimena. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and a Certified Medical Massage Clinician with extensive training and experience in deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, and Swedish massage. My journey into this field began with my own transformative experience; in seeking to address my own musculoskeletal pain, I discovered that therapeutic massage not only made my muscles feel and heal better but also improved my sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced my overall well-being.
Trained at the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Emeryville CA, I excelled in both the Core and Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy programs. To further my expertise, I earned a degree in Applied Sciences that supported my certification in medical massage. I have continued to pursue additional education to best support my clients, including in advanced techniques like myofascial decompression.
My mission is to help you integrate holistic healing into your life, helping you not just move better, but feel better. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

Massage Services
Swedish
Swedish massage is a gentle, relaxing massage that improves circulation, reduces stress, and promotes overall well-being. It uses long, flowing strokes, kneading, gentle tapping and stretching.
Great for you if:
You want to relax, reduce tension, or relieve muscle stiffness without deep pressure.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on relieving chronic muscle tension and tight knots by working deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It uses slow, firm pressure to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help your body feel more relaxed and balanced. Ideal for ongoing soreness, stress, or limited movement.
Great for you if:
You feel tight, sore, or stressed and want overall relief without focusing on one specific injury.
Neuromuscular
Neuromuscular massage is best for targeted pain and problem areas. Focuses on the root cause of discomfort by addressing muscle imbalances, trigger points ( small, tight knots in muscles that can cause pain locally or in other areas) and nerve- related tension to restore proper movement and function.
Great for you if:
You have ongoing pain, limited movement, postural issues, or discomfort that keeps coming back and needs more than a relaxation massage.
Sports
Best for active or athletic bodies. Helps prepare muscles for activity, reduce soreness, prevent injury, and speed up recovery before or after workouts or physical demands.
Great for you if:
You work out regularly, play sports, have a physically demanding job, or want faster recovery and injury prevention.
Myofascial Decompression (Cupping Therapy)
A clinical technique that uses sunction to decompress fascia and soft tissue, improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore normal tissue function. Cupping can be incorporated into any massage session to support therapeutic outcomes.
